Markings

Our precision printing allows for highly detailed and accurate image reproductions required of medical components such as depth markers, marker bands, and other precise measurements.

We can also print with radio opaque ink for products that require internal medical device markings that can be seen using medical imaging equipment.

Quality Control

We take pride in our printing process and that includes our proprietary quality control process. We are ISO 9001:2015 certified. Certificate of Compliance and traceability records provided with every shipment. Steps include:

  1. Pre-inspection of cleanroom, equipment and tools
  2. Ink mixing per stated quality procedure
  3. Inspection of product to be printed including pre-treated products
  4. Lot integrity maintenance
  5. Confirmation of printing procedures including pre-mixed ink, printing plates, and customer drawing and rev. number
  6. Inspection and confirmation of printed samples to drawing specifications
  7. Visual inspection of every printed part
  8. Quality inspection including multiple ink adhesion testing
  9. Final inspection prior to shipping
